Refund & Exchange Policy
All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Because each piece is handmade — and many are customized — we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
Production Times
• In-stock items:
Orders are prepared and shipped on the next business day.
• Out-of-stock items:
If an item is unavailable, it can still be ordered but production will take up to 5 business days. Please contact me via WhatsApp or email before purchasing to confirm availability.
• Personalized items:
Custom pieces take up to 5 business days to create, as each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
Personalization:
If you’re ordering a personalized item, you will be able to upload your photo or send it directly via WhatsApp or email after completing your order. Please ensure the image is clear and high-quality for the best results.
Handcrafted Nature:
All shells are 100% natural and individually decorated using the decoupage technique. Variations in shape, size, or texture are normal and part of their unique charm.
Shipping Policy:
We currently ship to: Spain and the European Union
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight. Free – shipping promotions will be applied when available.
Damages:
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue.
